QWAK,Just got up and went to the kitchen to make my self a cup of coffee to start my day.

I am stiring the coffee when I notice out the kitchen window about 30 feet away --- not ONE but TEN big BLACK VULTURES --- roosted in my red bud tree!:yes:

It is gray and over cast sort of ominess just in that but TEN big VULTURES so close I can see there eyes as I sip my coffee and wonder -- WHY they picked THAT tree and IF it could be a sign of somthing to come? HUMmmmmm :questionm:questionm:questionm:dontknow:

What an unusual way to start a day!:goodnight:grin:

I see red tail hawks now and then close like that, even a Couger once about that close to my back door and the VULTURES up circling catiching the up draft soaring but a whole flock of them sort of looking at me -- perhaps THEY know SOMTHING that I don't?:questionm:dontknow:

Woof... I has a similar experience yesterday, but on a much more positive note. I was on the phone with my broker picking up some shares of SLW under $13 and feling pretty great about it. At that very moment I passed a parked semi on a nearby access road visible from the overpass I was on... a big moving truck... with big huge letters along the entire side... "WHEATON". So karmically I'm feeling pretty good.

Speaking of Karma, I noticed the other day that I had posted my 777th post here on GIM. I thought to myself, three sevens, that's good luck, today should be a lucky day for me. About 5pm that day I get a phone call from the local Water co. I applied for a job there months ago, and had not heard back, so I figured it was another no go. Well, I'm going tomorrow to take a written test for that position. Not guaranteed a job of course, but I feel lucky at least being called in to test. So GIM brought me some luck along with all of the knowledge obtained here!

Duck, I have 6 or 8 Vultures that hang out in one of my oak trees every now and then. Haven't seen them in a while, thank God!

There's alot to be said for solo musical talent. One man or Woman, with just one instrument, and THEIR voice! I watched a Elton John special on DirecTV last year. They showed clips from 5 or 6 of His concerts. Many of them were just Him and his piano. He can't hit those high notes any more, but that Man has SO much talent. Same with Gordon Lightfoot, John Denver.

QWAK,TWO years ago I got a similar SIGN from Mother nature. :yes:

I took pictures that time as it lasted most of the day and the antics were slow but wonderfull to watch!

Two years ago I had two big black snakes making LOVE in the rafrers and roted roof fof the greenhouse/bath --- that was a sign TOO --- FIX the ROOF!:hahaha::haha:

Spent most of last summer doing it!:D

Buzzards get such a bad rap. Think of them as free garbage pick up. There may have been a dead squirrel or bird in the tree and if not for the buzzards you might have wondered if it was YOU that was stinking up the place. :D

I had an interesting bird incident last spring. I was getting ready for work and the sun had just come up. I was packing my lunch at the kitchen table when I saw a flash of black outside the window and a ways away. When I looked up there was a crow sitting on the side view mirrow of my neighbors car pecking at the window and mirror. There were a few more in the area, but they were acting pretty normal. After watching him for a few moments I had to leave for work.

I went out the back door and as I was walking to the garage I heard a loud thump, like a bird hitting a window. Now there was a crow in the neighbors back yard flying repeatedly into the neighbors 2nd story bedroom window, falling to the ground, then flying back up to the branch across from the window. After sitting there for a few seconds it would do it again. If I approached it it would look at me, wait a moment, and then resume. Creeped me out. It was right out of the twilight zone. The whole neighborhood was dead quiet except for the thumping of the bird on the window every 15 seconds or so and the ticking of the other one out in the street pecking at the car window.

I decided to do a quick walk around as I knew the neighbors were out of the country but all windows and doors were secure. No problems. When I got home that night, there was the bird, still slamming into the window. Decided to look up the issue and found out it was a territorial deal with mating season. The crow was seeing it's reflection and took it for an imposing stranger after his gals. Glad my neighbor wasn't dead but it sure left me all sorts of goofy for the day.:D

QWAK,Conk,No that is what the current system has always tried to do and actualy causes SUFFERING and LOSE of both POWER and IDENTITY so that OTHERS can take the POWER and use it for THERE purposes.

What I am proposing is DIFERENT.

Imagin a heavy weight on a swing -- one person pushes on it and gets it moving then that person steps out of the way and another person pushes with just a little effort at just te right point in the arc of the swing and then repeated agen and agen. Each time the SWING goes a little farther with almost no effort from the indiviguals untill you reach a point ware the SWING begins to go OVER the TOP and IF it were a SHAFT and the swing moving fast enough it would continue to SPIN on the shaft with the slight effort of the MANY who contribute there power to the CICLE, just a little at a time conected DIRECTLY to the CENTER of ALL!:wink::D

Each is CONECTED to te ALL but just PRETENDS to be an INDEPENDENT part that is SEPERAT FROM rather than a part OF the ALL!

We all play MIND GAMES with our selves seting up LIMITS to what we BELIEVE -- we actualy HARD WIRE it in to our brains as we grow and develop it is why SEVONTS are SOoooooooo amasing because some of that HARD WIRING either never developed or was DAMAGE and no longer functions!

The can BY PASS the mind filters but at the cost of no longer being able to function at what every one else conciers NORMAL levels.

They had a great program on SEVANTS on the National Geographics channel just recently. Got a wackey Dr, who can use magnetic pulses to sort of STUNN that part of the brain and allow SLIGHT SEVANT brain activity!:yes:

It is also why young children have VISIONS and IMAGINARY FRIENDS --- they are REALY there but on a LEVEL we have learned/been tought to TUNE OUT or pass up as only distraction to our FOCUS.:thinkey::yes:

QWAK,Codger,I put some silvering on the up stares windows to reflect heat the first year I was here and I had the same thing happen with a Cardnel. It is sort of one way mirror so I could watch him fly in to the window then fall --shak it off and DO IT AGEN!:D

The green house/bath is open to the out side most of the year as I work on the project and I have some Wrens who hve been living out there several generations. They were not happy when I let Thomas the CAT live here and this year found some ware else to nest. They would sqwak like a bird 10x biger but Thomas wasen't leaving till HE was ready and IF they were not carfull HE would EAT them if he got a chance.:D

And don't go out there and startle them. You know what vultures do when they're startled.

The weirdest bird behavior I've seen was from a little wren that used to show up every year acting very strange. He'd chirp and whistle non-stop and without any of that sticking to the bird call script stuff. He'd fly bizarre acrobatics, doing loops and swooping around almost drunkenly. Most disturbingly, he'd grab the little frames around the window panes with his feet and stare intently in the window at me for 15 or 20 minutes at a time. If I moved, he'd walk himself down the window frame in the same direction, never taking his eyes off me. If I moved elsewhere in the room, he'd fly to the nearest window and do the same. I finally figured out what was going on when I saw him repeatedly return to the morning glory vines on my fence to nibble at seeds. The little dude was tripping! My morning glories are Heavenly Blues and Pearly Gates. The seeds contain lysergic acid amine, which produces LSD-like effects. I had one happy little wren.

We are all part of the one, indeed. Physics tells us so. A particle on my fingertip can also be 100,000,000 lightyears away - at the same time! The same particle in two (actually labs have plotted them in 6 different places) different places at the same time!!!

We are all connected, not separate entities as conventional doctrine would have us believe. The universe is one big mess of energy, all pieced together. So, your swing idea could work!

QWAK,conk,We percieve with in a very narrow spectrum which produses the ILUSION of what we agree to call our REALIY and all the rest is IGNORED as if it was NOT REAL --- it makes it easer to LEARN but ultimitly also creates LIMITS that are NOT realy THERE!:thinkey:

We percieve GLASS as a SOLID that can flow and be liquid IF heated enough but THAT is not TRUE, actualy glass as WE percieve it is always LIQUID just thicker viscosity at lower temperatures!:yes:

If one examins and measures very carfully very old window glass (100+ years) it will always be thicker on the bottom than the top but it was not that way when it was instaled!:D

The glass flows as gravity pulls on its surface just like it does with WATER!

IF you step back further another example is GLACIERS which are frozen water flowing very slowly -- faster than GLASS but slower than the liquid we call WATER!:yes:

We change the STATE of EVERY THING by altering the flow of ENEGY and directing and FOCUSING --- our MINDS can and DO that but we limit our awairness THAT we are even doing "IT"!!:D:yes:

We ALL change our minds and ALL change our WORLD -- we just don't REALISE we are doing "IT" :hahaha::haha:

WE can change our minds on a much GRANDER SCALE and I truly believe that IS what we are going to do and it will happen fairly soon!:yes:

About 30' from that red bud tree are 3 car tiers stacked up and I just found what is left of Thomas at the bottom.:yes:

Aparently the vulcures wanted him but could NOT get him,he was acting sick the last time I saw him so I would guess he was poisened most likely antifreez. I have heard of some of the locals puting out food laced with antifreez to kill unwanted criters and in the passed some one who took old car batteries and would bust them along the road for the deer to LICK as they are atracted to them because the deer crave SALT and the acid taists salty.:censored::508: He had coon doges he liked to hunt and it BOTHERED HIM his dogs would often chace deer rather than coones which he was hunting.

They kill my children on a whim -- with out thought or caring -- they can not comprehend SHARING only GETING --- what they WANT and any way they can imaging geting "IT" done as quickly as posable.:censored::realmad:

I accept what IS because "it IS" and I can NOT change OTHERS -- only MY SELF! :thinkey:

I change the world only SLIGHTLY by my EXISTING and it is FRUSTRATING -- this is LIFE too -- for each INDIVIGUAL.

What we do impacts on each other and for lack of KNOWING,CARING,and FEELING we do great HARM to each other and that is the cause of loss of TRUST and FEAR of each other.:yes:

When they are GONE we miss the SHARING and wish we could have SHARED MORE -- it is the oposit of feeling GREED and why we GREVE.
